Deep Cheap International Calls is very easy to use. All you have to do is
to top-up with some credit, and then start making low cost calls.
Our frequently asked questions are below, and you'll probably find the
answer to your question in there. If you can't, or if you'd like to

Our top-up service lets you call anywhere in the world from just 4
cents/min. Just top-up your phone and then make your call by dialing one
of our access numbers followed by your full international number. You can
use the service from any landline or mobile (either pay-as-you or
contract) - just make sure you dial the access number for the country
you're in.
Who can use the service?
Anyone! If you make international calls, from any type of phone (landline
at home, work or your mobile) and want great rates with an easy-to-use
service, Deep Cheap International Calls is for you.
You can use Deep Cheap International Calls to make cheap international
calls from all these countries to anywhere in the world:

* Although the service and your credit can be used from the UK, if you're
resident in the UK, you should use our UK
service which is priced in sterling and designed for UK use. You
should only use this service from the UK if you use the service in
another country and travel to the UK, or if you want to test the service
out before you travel. (For example, some customers top-up to use the
service in Spain, but want to test it before leaving the UK.)
We're planning on expanding into new countries, so if your country isn't
on the list, check back frequently or contact

How does it work?
You buy credit from us in advance online. It's a bit like a calling card,
but much better quality, and without the scams associated with calling
cards like daily administration fees and so on.
- Top up online securely using your credit
card, debit card or PayPal account.
- We'll text you back, confirming your purchase.
- You then dial the access number for the country you're in. You can
call the number directly from your mobile, or from any other phone
(using a PIN). Calls are charged as national calls, so they're generally
included in any free or bundled minutes you might have for calling
landlines.
- You then enter your international number, including 00 and the
country code. We connect you, charging your Deep Cheap International
Calls credit at the quoted per-minute rate.
How do I pay?
You pay by topping up online, either by credit card, debit card or
PayPal. The transaction is securely processed by PayPal Merchant
Services, but note you don't need to have a PayPal account. Your Deep
Cheap International Calls account is instantly topped up. We send you a
text confirming the balance, and every time you make a call, you'll get a
reminder of how much credit you have left. When your credit starts
running low, just come back to this site and top-up again.
Where can I call?
You can call hundreds of destinations worldwide, both landlines and
mobiles. You can call landlines in
UK,
China,
Spain,
USA
and
Poland for just 4 cents per
minute. Calls to UK mobiles are just 15 cents per minute. See destinations for a full list of our low

How can I top-up?
If you're running low on credit, just repeat the initial
top-up process. It's easy. For example, if you
have 40 cents left, and top up with €10, you'll now have €10.40
worth of credit in your account. Simple, quick and easy!
How many calls can I make?
As many as you want! You can use the Deep Cheap International Calls
service at any time of the day or night, and you can keep on making calls
until your credit runs out or expires. (Credit expires six months after
purchase, but further top-ups extend the life of your credit.) Remember
you can top-up online at any time.
Is the service suitable for when I'm roaming
abroad?
Not directly. You should only call our access numbers from a local phone.
For example, if you're using Deep Cheap International Calls to make cheap
calls from Spain, you should dial our Spanish access number from a
Spanish landline, mobile or payphone. If you call from a UK or other
foreign mobile, you'll be charged international rates by your mobile
provider. You might find it cheaper and easier to buy a local SIM card
for your mobile or call from a payphone.
Do I have to dial the access number every time I
make a call?
If you have some numbers which you call frequently, you can program the
access number, a pause, and then your destination number, into your phone
book. The exact process varies between phone manufacturer, but see our tips and tricks section for more
details.
Can I use the service from the UK?
As mentioned in the "who can use this service"
section, please use our UK
service for making cheap international calls if you're resident in
the UK. Top-ups with this service are made with sterling. Note that your
Deep Cheap International Calls credit can be used from the UK, but
you should only do this if you normally use the service in a different
country and are travelling to the UK, or you're resident in the UK and
want to test the service before travelling to another country.
Why can't I top-up in dollars for calling from the US?
To keep our costs consistent, we require payment in Euro. Adding support
for payment in dollars would put us at risk of changing exchange rates.
We might offer the ability to top-up in dollars in future.
