Who can use this service?
Our text cheap international calls service is designed for contract /
pay-monthly users on Orange, O2, T-Mobile, Vodafone and Three/3.
However, if you are a contract O2 customer,
please see our O2 free calls page
as you might be able to make free calls. Our service also works
for pay-as-you-go
/ prepay users on all other UK mobile networks. If you are looking for
a great way to make cheap international phone calls from your mobile,
use our service!
How does the service work?
Think of the service like a "virtual calling card", but crucially
without all the disadvantages (poor call quality, hidden charges and
inconvenient PINs) of traditional calling cards. You purchase credit
in advance from us by texting DEEP to 80077. We'll send
you a text back, costing £5 and containing your cheap calls
credit, which you use from your mobile or any other phone via a PIN.
To make calls, you just dial our London access number (charged as an
ordinary landline call, or included in your free inclusive minutes)
and then follow the instructions. You can also purchase credit online
using a credit or debit card and get 10% extra credit free!
How does your auto top-up feature
work?
When you're on a call and your credit is running out, you'll hear a
voice prompt telling you that you'll be topped up automatically soon.
It's simple and easy. If you don't want to be topped up automatically,
simply hang-up. If you don't want to hear the 'auto top-up' message
again in future, just text STOP to 80077--but remember that you might
run out of credit and get cut off. Remember though that this is an
auto top-up service. This isn't the same as a subscription service.
You'll only be topped up when your credit is nearly finished - not a
fixed amount every week like some of our dodgy competitors. You stay
in control, and stay in touch! Also, for your protection, we are fully
regulated by ICSTIS.
Can I pay with a credit or debit
card?
Yes. We accept online credit and debit card payments through PayPal,
so transactions are safe and secure. You do not need a PayPal
account to pay online. When you top online, you get 10% extra credit
free. For example, if you top up £10, we'll give you
£1 for free, so you'll have £11! As soon as
you've topped-up online, we'll send a text to your mobile with our
access numbers and your PIN, so you can use the service from any
phone. We'll also email you to remind you how to use the service. Note
that if you pay by PayPal, do not use "eCheque" (in other words, do
not pay directly from your PayPal-linked bank account). If you pay by
"eCheque", it takes several days before we receive your payment, and
we can't set up your account until we've got the payment. Instead,
please pay with a credit or debit card, or use your PayPal balance.
And remember, you can still pay by text (see above) if you prefer -
but you could be missing out on cheaper rates, and paying online means
you save the cost of a text message!
Where all can I call?
You can call hundreds of destinations - most of the world. See the

'call pricer'. Our prices are unbeatable - we offer calls China, USA,
Canada, Spain and more for just 1p per minute. Poland for just 2p per

How much will the call cost?
When you make cheap international calls from your mobile with our
service, you'll pay the low per-minute rate for calling your
destination (see our cheap calls from
your mobile main page) and a 5p connection fee.
For example,
calls to USA are 1p per minute. So, if your call lasts 10 minutes,
you'll pay 10p, plus a 5p connection charge - 15p in total. You'll
also have to pay your network provider for the call to our access
number, but as this is an ordinary London landline number, it will be
charged as a standard landline call for prepay users and included in
your free minutes for pay monthly users. Remember that if you
pay online you get 10% extra credit free
!
What happens if I have a problem?
First of all, we've invested a lot in our service to make sure it's
very reliable, so any problems are very rare. However, if you have a
problem, or have any questions, please email us at calls@perceptualsolutions.com.
To help us help you, please include as many details about your
problem.
How can I top-up my balance?
Just repeat the original top-up process (either top-up by text or
top-up online using a credit or debit card). Suppose you have 50p
remaining credit. If you top-up, you'll have another £5, so you'll now
have £5.50 credit for making calls. Easy!
Do I have to dial the access
number every time I make a call?
If you call a specific number often, you can program the access
number, a pause, and then your destination number into your phone
book, so calling someone with our service is as simple as selecting a
contact and pressing "call". Use these instructions—if your phone
isn't listed, look up "inserting a pause" in your phone's manual:

3. Exactly how to insert a pause depends on the type of Android
phone you have.
If you have a *#( button on your on-screen keypad (it'll
be near the bottom left), tap it and then
press Pause. Tap the 123 button at the bottom-left of
your on-screen keypad to return to the normal keypad.
If you don't have a *#( button, but do have
P and W buttons, press P to insert a pause.
(Android phones show a pause as a comma.)

How many calls can I make?
As many as you
want. You can use our service any time, day or night and
can keep making calls until your credit runs out. Remember, you can
top-up whenever you like, so you can keep on talking!
If I top-up online, can I
top-up by text?
Yes, you can mix top-up methods - you can top-up by text first, and
then online or vice-versa. However, it makes more sense to always
top-up online as you get 10% extra credit free! When you
top-up online, we give you 10% extra credit
free. If you top-up by text, you don't get this.

By using this service you consent to the Terms and Conditions as follows:
You must have a UK mobile and have the bill payer’s permission. This
is a reverse-billed text service, normal topup text will be charged at
£5.00 plus your standard network rate. A confirmation text informing you
that your mobile has been charged £5.00 will be sent shortly thereafter.
Calls will disconnect once the credit is finished and a new text request
with keyword to 80077 will have to be made for a further top up. Cost of
calls to the 0208 access number will be charged at your standard mobile
rate to a landline or can be used as part of your mobile inclusive minutes.
